If there is one thing to know about Buffalo in October — it is Bills season.
When the NFL schedule comes out in May, game weekends can make travel and hotels a lot harder to come by.
Do yourself a favor and book early. We promise the wedding will be worth it.
Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is a small, easy airport with direct flights from most major U.S. cities. It's the kind of airport where you're off the plane and in your car in fifteen minutes — a nice change of pace.
We'll be providing shuttle service so you won't need a car, however if you are wanting to go to Niagara Falls, a rental car might be helpful. Details and timing will be shared closer to the wedding. Uber and Lyft are both easy.
We have room blocks at three hotels — all within 1O minutes of the Saturn Club and wedding weekend venues.
We were able to reserve a small block of rooms at The Richardson, and it's where we'd love for you to stay. That said — it's a boutique hotel with limited availability, and October is Bills season, so we only have a handful of rooms. If you want one, move fast.

Buffalo has some great Airbnb options — charming old houses, lofts, apartments near Elmwood. That said, Buffalo is also a city with some neighborhoods you probably don't want to book a random rental in, especially if you're not familiar with the area.
If you're going this route, please text us before you book anything. We're happy to tell you which neighborhoods are great and which ones to avoid. We'd rather get a text at midnight than have you end up somewhere sketchy.
